Yeah, I finally got around to watching the special event today at work and I think that's pretty awesome! Very cool stuff and I am looking forward to playing around with it. While the iPhone is now within my means, I'm really thinking about getting the iPod Touch instead. I don't like annual contracts and whatnot, I've been burned by them before regardless of the provider and am much more of a "pay as you go" kinda guy.
