Really. On With Teeth, I love "The Line Begins to Blur" and "Me, I'm Not" is a lot like that. Great songs (IMO)
: I have to say my favorite would be a tie between the first 2/3rds of
: "The Great Destroyer"
I know exactly what you are talking about here. I didn't like it that much at first b/c that second "I am the great destroyer" is super-gay, but then I started listening to the lyrics more closely and I like the song a lot. EVen the noisy bits after the gay part.
: and the chorus bits to "Zero
: Sum"
I also highly agree with you here. That shit is so depressing, yet somehow really cool. I like the corus a lot.
For me, Me, I'm Not beats those easily though b/c it's just a perfect song (again, IMO).
: and I'm heavily leaning towards TGD. Survivalism is a solid
: track as well of course but overall I can't say I actually dislike any of
: the songs, great album overall.
Not a big fan of Survivalism. It's OK, mostly b/c of the lyrical content. Musically it's not as "bad" (using the term loosley here, like saying that you got a bad BJ, it's still good) as "The Hand that feeds" which was my personal least favorite on With Teeth.
I don't really care for "Vessel". Just don't like it. Rest of the album is good (i.e. The Warning & The Good Soldier).
