Curious results on Apple being "Green"

I have been seeing headlines about Apple being considered to be the "worst" developer in the computer market regarding environmental concerns and stumbled across this article which brought even more questions to mind.

I remember SJ's comments (somewhat vaguely mind you) after Greenpeace lambasted the company and how they were looking to reduce mercury, PVC, etc usage in their systems and the "official" report from Climate Counts seems a bit off. The linked article spells it out pretty well in my opinion...

Any thoughts?
