I gave up. I was the "first" person there from what I could tell, but asshole security wasn't letting people park until 7, or so they told me. I parked around the corner and came back at 6:59 and there were at least a dozen cars there! Then, to top it off, they wouldn't let people form a line and they weren't going to until 8:45. There were a shitload of moms there and I figured their kids will be much more disappointed than me, so I just bailed. There were at least 40 people milling about already so I figured chances were slim I'd get one. Better to have wasted an hour and a half (during which I got some good reading done, so not really a waste) than 4 hrs. I got a lot of shit to do anyways, I can wait until the beginning of next year I suppose.
